الفيلا رائعة بنظافتها وترتيبها وحسن تعامل المضيف الاستاذ ميرزا .. المطبخ متكامل والحديقة مثمرة وتوفر مواد النظافة ويوجد تكييف في 3 من غرف الفيلا وهي 4 غرف بالاعلى وبالاسفل يوجد صاله ومطبخ وطاولة طعام وجلسه خارجية واخرى مغلقة وموقف للسيارة داخل الفيلا.. وحديقة واهم نقطة مشاهدة كأس العالم وفوز اسبانيا على الارجنتين .. بصراحة الفيلا توجد في حي مجاور لحي اليجا ويعتبر الحي افضل من زحمة اليجا لان اغلبها شقق اما هذا الحي فاغلبه فلل ويتواجد بجوارها بقالات ومحطة بترول ومغسلة سيارات .. ملخص الحديث لمن يرغب في السكن انصح بشدة في هذه الفيلا للهدوء والنظافة وتكامل المرافق وقبل كل ذلك لطافة واحترام صاحب الفيلا ..
