Peaceful and serene surroundings . Have 2 big pools enough for everyone but deck chairs are not always available as many guests put their towels and now where to be seen

The extra bed was very hard and uncomfortable . Blinds in the bathroom gets wet when showering and the shower head was leaking . More variety in the lunch and dinner would have been better as they seem to be the same food from morning to evening.

Overall, this was a great resort. It’s located very close to the airport and has nice beaches right behind it. The staff were warm, welcoming, and helpful. The food served for breakfast and dinner at the resort’s restaurants was amazing! My room was spacious and comfortable, and the balcony views were simply stunning. Speaking of the balcony — it was exceptionally large too!

A few negatives, though: most notably, I was given a room that was already occupied (1810) when I checked in. I had to go all the way back to the lobby to get it sorted, and they assigned me room 1807 instead. Thankfully, I noticed the “Do Not Disturb” sign on the doorknob of room 1810 and listened to my gut instinct instead of entering with the key they gave me. Another minor issue was the lack of a shower curtain, which let water splash everywhere in the bathroom. However, the biggest problem — and the one that really affected my experience — was the occupied room mix-up at check-in. That could have easily turned into a disaster if I had walked in while the guests were still inside. The staff did apologize, though.

Overall, the hotel is quite decent. It has a large territory, two nice pools, and an excellent beach. However, I strongly do not recommend taking the full-board option. The restaurant serving full-board is the only one included; all other restaurants charge extra. The food barely changes between breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and is essentially the same every day. This leaves you with no choice if you don’t like something or, as in our case, if the food is not fresh—on one occasion it was even spoiled, which resulted in a very unpleasant night. The experience in the restaurant itself is quite bad. It looks like a large cafeteria, very noisy, and table cleaning is done in a sloppy and careless way. There was even an incident with hair in one of the desserts. When we called the waiter to report it, she just laughed, said “sorry,” and walked away. The rooms have a noticeable smell of damp wood, which is a bit unpleasant. In summary, while the hotel grounds, pools, and beach are nice, the full-board dining experience seriously detracts from the overall impression.
