The location

Misleading website!!!! Noisy apartment dwelling which was not clear at the time of reservation. No air conditioning in apartment as advertised, just a noisy unit in one bedroom that had no working remote control. Dangerous bathroom with tub and no hand railings. Overused (thin and old) towels. No wine glasses. Receptionists not aware of clientele needs or their surroundings and unresponsive to common sense questions of their facility. They took for granted knowledge of the place. Really disappointing and miss leading advertising on your behalf (Booking).

Family of 5 summer vacation

Great place for summer vacations. Located in pinia forest so forget about lines of hotels in front of the beach. Everything was nicely hidden in the forests and during our stay we spoted a number of wild life including foxes, wild boars or even a deer. Great big size swimming pool both for kids and adults who like to swim. Friendly and helpful personel. Nice events and restaurants in Punta Ala or in towns nearby.

No dishwashing machine tablets for the start. Hard to get any service during siesta as the reception is closed, but this is Italy, hence normal. The room was generaly clean but since they allow small pets we could feel that dogs liked the couch since we spoted some traces of fure and it was a bit sticky. 2 sunbeds and umbrella plus a chair at the beach cost 50 EUR (or even more if you want an extra item) a day irrespectively when you arrive. This is already discounted price for Ranaione guests. An alternative is to get to wild beach by car (cost of parking) but you have to invest in your own stuff and the beach is not cleaned. You also need a car to get to a nearest shop.

Quiet, relaxing and very enjoyable

Location very quiet and peaceful, in a lovely setting with a pleasant walk through the forest to the beach and restaurants. Very nice, spacious and comfortable apartment. Staff friendly and helpful. Pool and outside bar area very nice, gardens well maintained. We really enjoyed our week at the Residence Renaione and would stay there again.

Nothing we didn't like, all good. Would recommend hiring a car though as there isn't a shop within walking distance, and only a couple of restaurants to walk to at night.

Pulizia appartamento, avevamo il numero 3, odore di muffa, di umidità e di chiuso non passati neanche dopo una settimana. Porte interne rumorose e difficili da chiudere ed aprire (disallineate), lavastoviglie non funzionante all'arrivo, come la porta finestra del giardino, entrambe poi sistemate ma per due mattine ho fatto colazione in ordine con il tecnico della lavastoviglie e il fabbro.

Vacanze molto piacevoli

Residence molto bello, tanto spazio verde. Piscina perfetta, pulita e grande, ombrelloni, lettini, sdraie - c'è tutto per una vacanza tranquilla. Il personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Peccato soltanto, che bar al interno della struttura era chiuso. Vicino al mare, ci sono spiagge libere e i bagni attrezzati. Tante possibilità di attività fisica. La cosa importante: non c'è bisogno di turni settimanali, si può prenotare per il periodo desiderato, anche solo per qualche giorno o fine settimana.

Ein sehr schönes Apartment mit toller Terrasse und einem schönen Garten. Pool auch sehr schön. Durch den Pinienwald nah zum Strand. Alina an der Rezeption sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Man hat das,Gefühl am ende der Welt zu sein da man sehr weit weg von allen Geschäften und Restaurants ist. Wer aber ruhe von allen und allem braucht ist da bestens aufgehoben.

Piscina anche se sinceramente incustodita mi sembra un po' un azzardo.

Mancanza di almeno un bar, struttura con grande potenzialità, non sfruttata. Rubinetti vecchi con grande difficoltà a miscelare l'acqua. Divano letto e letti singoli vecchi e molto scomodi. Anche non cucinandoci mai, formiche in camera.per 2000€ a settimana mi aspettavo decisamente di più.

De receptie was op het terrein moeilijk te vinden. Er waren geen richtingborden. Op het terrein waren veel katten. Alina heeft ons geholpen door op hun kosten ultrasone luidsprekers aan te schaffen.

Bra lägenhet och rymlig

Vi hade bokat med AC, men det fanns ingen, bara en fläkt och det var över 30 grader hela veckan. (Riktigt dåligt att skriva på Booking att det finns AC när vi bokade stället pga det och sen när man är på plats så erbjuder hotellet bara fläktar). Ganska tät häck som omringar lägenheten som gör att inget vind kommer åt, känns lite trångt och inklämt. Dåligt med glas, koppar och muggar. Inga vinglas och allmänt dåligt utbud i köket. Boendet ligger väldigt öde och det krävs att man har bil för att kunna ta sig dit eller iväg någonstans tex att handla. Finns inget att handla på boendet bara glass. Tråkig personal som inte är tillmötesgående alls För att säga något positivt så har boendet en stor härlig pool och promenaden ner till stranden på ca 10 minuter är en mysig promenad.

Cura degli spazi pubblici. Assenza di bagnino in piscina, andrebbe anche integrato l'arredamento a bordo piscina, i lettini non erano sufficienti per tutti gli ospiti e gli ombrelloni, montati durante il mio soggiorno, si sono rotti il giorno dopo. 😞 Le macchinette (bibite acqua snack) presenti in reception non possono essere utilizzate dopo le 19, perché la reception chiude. Presenza di pipistrelli in giardino, nonostante avessimo fatto presente che gli animali in questione sporcassero la zona pranzo esterna, nessuno è intervenuto per pulire.

Położone w pobliżu ładnych ale zwykle płatnych prywatnych plaż. Super basen. Moskitiery w oknach. Przyjemny taras. Bardzo uczynny i miły personel chociaż przydałoby się odrobinę więcej informacji np gdzie wyrzucić śmieci albo że najpiękniejsza pobliska plaża Cala Violina wymaga rezerwacji na stronie rezerwatu przyrody i trzeba rezerwować conajmniej parę dni wcześniej.

Łazienka nieco zatęchła. Całe mieszkanie nie było długo wietrzone. Po wywietrzeniu było ok. Sprzęty kuchenne dość ubogie. Chcieliśmy sobie zrobić kawę ale kawiarka była niewyczyszczona po poprzednich lokatorach i cała zapleśniała. Mrówki w nocy wchodziły do łóżka.

Wspaniały pobyt w ciszy i otoczeniu przytody.

Resort położony w zacisznym miejscu, poza zgiełkiem typowym dla miejskich kurortów. Cisza, spokój w otoczeniu przyrody. Dla mnie najlepszy był brak wszechobecnych straganów oferujących tanie pamiątki i wszelką chińszczyznę. Domki rodzinne, wystarczające dla rodziny z 2 dzieci, położone pośród ogrodu, z tarasem lub ogrodem. Osobiście wolałam duży przestronny taras z widokiem niż mały zacieniony pasek ogrodu. Piękny basen z wydzieloną płytszą strefą dla małych dzieci. Blisko do plaży około 400 m idąc lasem piniowym. Plaża do wyboru prywatna z leżakami (odpłatna) lub dzika. Piasek na zachodnim wybrzeżu Włoch jest nieco ciemny, wulkaniczny. Woda bardzo ciepła, przejrzysta, długo płytka - idealna dla małych dzieci. Do najbliższych sklepów jest około 1,5 km. Niedaleko duża marina - fajne miejsce na spacer.

Niektóre domki wiem od współkompanów wycieczki, wymagają odświeżenia. Ja akurat trafiałam na odrestaurowany i czysty.

Un bel Residence immerso nel verde

Location stupenda nel verde, zona tranquilla ,giardino curatissimo parcheggio senza problemi anche se hai un'auto in piu. Appartamenti grandi e ben gestiti gli spazi, gli arredi carini anche con quadri piacevoli. il mio appartamento a piano terra con un grande bel giardino e veranda Con un sentiero in 5 minuti sei alla spiaggia La piscina bella

Sicuramente gli appartenenti necessiterebbero di qualche sostituzione o miglioria Non c'è il classico forno ma microonde . Il divano letto in sala un pò scomodo..da migliorare Le zanzariere che mi erano state confermate non c'erano il personale prontamente mi ha applicato quelle volanti, per tamponare Non essendoci il bar i distributori automatici sono all'interno alla reception che però alle 21 chiude e non è possibile accedere ai distributori attualmente. Stanno pensando come fare

Absolut minunat și excepțional!

Toată proprietate este impecabilă ! Este foarte curat ,aranjat și foarte aproape de mare . Am primit exact camera de pe site pe care am rezervat-o .Camera a fost foarte bine pregătită cu aer condiționat ,frigider ,congelator și absolut tot ce mai era nevoie . Doamna Alina de la recepție este adorabilă,ne-a făcut șederea și mai plăcută .Am primit sfaturi și indicații foarte bune ,ne-a sfătuit unde să luăm masa și unde erau cele mai frumoase locuri de vizitat .Absolut orice întrebare aveți, ea găsește rapid răspunsul și soluția cat mai bună .Si colega doamnei tot de la recepție ,deși nu vorbește alte limbi decât italiană ,a fost foarte drăguță ,datorită ei am avut ziua de naștere dorită ! Piscina de la proprietate este extraordinară ! Recomandăm tuturor un concediu la Renaione ! Mulțumim frumos ca ne-ați făcut vacanța mai frumoasă !

Posizione meravigliosa a 200 mt dal mare tramite una strada in pineta accessibile a anziani e carrozzine. Residence curatissimo con appartamenti indipendenti tali da non avvertire la presenza degli altri ospiti. Spazi e mobilio adeguati alle persone previste negli appartamenti. Piscina bellissima anche con piscina per bambini piccoli. A pochi metri molti stabilimenti balneari ben attrezzati e con servizio pranzo e cena. Supermercato con rosticceria meraviglioso a 2km

Una piacevole scoperta

Struttura di grande pregio e di squisita funzionalità. Il personale, cortese e competente, si è fatto letteralmente "in quattro" anche per sopperire alle carenze del gestore (esterno) dei distributori automatici delle bevande. Preziosissimi i loro consigli enogastronomici che ci hanno consentito di godere appieno le specialità del territorio. Sicuramente, ritorneremo per altri soggiorni. Consigliatissimo!
