Lovely little studio apartment, an easy walk to the beach down the hill. Only downside was the neighbouring apartment front door was at right angle to mine and the light was on all night shining in the window of my front door - easily rectified by putting towels up to block the light, but annoying.

The apartment was clean and comfortable. I liked the small balcony.
I expected the dishwasher in the apartment, because it is much easier to keep dishes clean.
The setup for sitting in the apartment is bad. The TV is placed in the corner.

The property is 5 minute walk from the city centre and about 20 minutes from Zlatni Rat. Our apartment was perfect for 2 people and had everything we needed. The host was very nice and always available to help. I would stay here again and highly recommend :)

L’appartamento era particolarmente pulito e curato, e Matea che gestisce la struttura è stata sempre gentile e disponibile, rispondendo a tutti i nostri dubbi. All’arrivo ci ha spiegato chiaramente le regole della casa e ci ha dato ottimi consigli per vivere al meglio l’isola. Abbiamo apprezzato molto sia la posizione della casa che la splendida vista dagli appartamenti. Inoltre, abbiamo trovato già disponibili molti prodotti utili, in particolare per la pulizia, così da poter mantenere l’appartamento in ordine in autonomia se necessario. Nonostante fosse pieno agosto, non abbiamo mai avuto bisogno di accendere l’aria condizionata perché c’è sempre una piacevole brezza. In soli otto minuti a piedi si raggiungono sia il centro che la spiaggia Martinica. Ci siamo trovati davvero bene e consigliamo vivamente di soggiornare da Matea!
