- The location was 1 min walking distance from the only shop in town and 2 min walking from the beach
- The host wasn't very good with English, but even so was helpful whenever we needed assistance
- The kitchenette was quite nice and had a working fridge.
- Room was quite spacious and had a really big balcony too.
- The sew view claim was very narrow at best. Not the best sea view.
- The AC could have used some cleaning so we were not able to use it.
As a side note, bit of a hassle to get to Ivan Dolac. You have to take a bus to Jelsa from wherever you get with your ferry and then basically take a cab which, for us, was 40 EUR. Be aware of the old cab driver in Jelsa, he's a real creep.

A lovely, clean and simple room with AC, kitchenette, bathroom and balcony. Easy parking, short walk to the beach. The owner is very kind and friendly, and even helped us with laundry. Everything was spotlessly clean. WiFi worked well enough for our needs. We were able to extend our stay by one night - we liked it so much!
