Because of the hosts I would never come back

This place is very close to the nice beach

- Our experience with the hosts was bad. From the first moment, when we came and knocked on the door and the old guy showed, I told him that we have a room booked at theirs and his response was - "so what that you have, what can i do with that?" It was a lame attempt of a joke, but that is not how you greet the guests. Then, the TV in our room didn`t show any channels, only radio, it wasn`t a big deal, but we mentioned that to the host. He tried to do smth but didn`t succeed, so the next day we went to the beach, 10 mins after that I came back to the apartment to discover that it is wide open and the host with another guy are in there! They came to fix the TV. I asked them not to enter the apartment while we are not there, and the old guy, in a very condescending tone advised me to "go and check the "house rules" (which weren`t present in the room, btw) and see there that they can enter our room whenever they want". I understand that probability in case of emergency, but fixing the TV definitely wasn`t the one. This is not a costumer service I am ready to pay that money for. - Another issue was a bad smell. The bedroom smelled of old socks, I later found that smell was coming from the pillows. The apartment itself smelled of mold and a bad smell was also in the yard, which you have to share with the hosts. - That is another issue - I agree with the commentor who complained about the lack of privacy. The ground floor apartment has to share the yard with the hosts, there are their grandchildren toys, some household stuff, some jars with whatever inside standing there, hosts guests coming and sitting next to your table when you have a dinner. Considering the issues we had with them this did not feel comfortable at all. - The kitchen is very poorly equipped. There is only one electricity socket in the kitchen (another one is a fake) and the microwave cord cannot even reach it, no decent knives too, a really small one and a bread one only.

The property was over our expectations so definitely would visit again

Our apartment was recently renovated and everything inside was new. We had all equipment we needed (dishes, towels, toilet paper...) and everything was really clean. Apartment's location is on 100m from the beach, less than a minute walking down a straight street. Hosts were very pleasant and friendly, ready to support all reasonable requests.

The beach was over crowded and the sea a little bit dirty from time to time but it doesn't have anything to do with the apartment
