Great sized villa with fab pool and facilities

Excellent facilities, everything we needed was supplied, in a good layout with both twin or double rooms, all ensuite, with comfortable beds. All the usual essentials, washing machine, large fridge freezer, oven and hob.

Overall nothing to dislike except poolside tiling very slippery when wet, little ones slipped and fell several times, but feel this is a common trait in all villas we have stayed at. Non slip matting would be an advantage. Also wifi did not reach top floor bedroom, an extender would be an advantage.

Very clean, spacious & well decorated. Well equipped kitchen. Enjoyed the options of indoor & outdoor dining areas. Excellent location - only a few minutes walk from local butcher, super markets & lovely coffee shop. Less than 10 minutes to the main town square where you can access restaurants, shops, bars, buses & taxis as well as the river with lots of boat trips or catch the river taxi down to the beach. I loved the selection of books & we alll loved the pool. The owner was very helpful, responds quickly to any messages and kindly arranged water deliveries for us throughout the week.

Only minor but the rear of the house there is open access to the garden of the adjoining property. One of their guests wandered into our area as she didn’t realise it was separate. There is limited space to dry laundry. Our main issue was the mosquitos!Despite keeping windows closed & using repellent, we were all bitten a lot! It might be nice for the owner to provide plug in mosquito repellent in bedrooms.
