The unit was very clean and smelled fresh. Everything we needed was there. Very near the clubhouse. I liked the layout of the unit which was not cramped. It felt very spacious.
The water had a metallic smell and some coloration. The person assisting us didnt show up when we arrived. Good thing the owner had a plan B in place.

owner was very accommodating. she allowed us a late checkout
when we came in i thought there was pee or faecal stains in the toilet as the water was yellow brown in color. tried to clean and flush a couple of times but still the same. it cleared up only on the 3rd day

Position wise it was good, host was easy to contact.
The room wasn’t clean, very dusty, couldn’t go around the room barefoot, the bathroom smelly, we thought somebody didn’t flushed the toilet but the water was just yellowish. Bring your own towels, they supply some but they leave lint everywhere. I’ll stop here just because i enjoyed the beach (which you pay separately at the arrival) and the resort itself.
