Central location, space & very comfortable bed
Good quirky facility that suited our holiday requirement.
Off road car parking was good but requires medium size cars to be reversed in to protect fr. lower bumper from being scratched on drop kerb detail.
Now other issues.

I really like that fact that it was private and not part of a complex although I did have access to some facilities of the complex next door.
