The location was truly remarkable. The check-in and check-out procedures were effortless. The property was stunning and ideally suited for the number of guests staying there. We didn't have enough bedding for one of the guests, however once I made contact the issue was resolved almost immediately.
The bathtub faucet is experiencing a leak during use and requires repair. While the kitchen was fully equipped, a colander/strainer was notably absent. The initial two evenings were impeccable; however, on the Saturday and Sunday night, guests checked into the neighboring flat below and were considerably noisy and those upstairs were heard slamming doors etc. into the early hours of the morning, around 1:00 AM or 2:00 AM. There was constant movement of vehicles coming in and out of the property, also into the early hours of the morning, resulting in a lack of privacy. Additionally, outdoor lights were left on and guests in the adjacent flat were noisy, further disturbing my guests staying in rooms close to the neighboring flat (adjacent to the garage), making it difficult for them to sleep.

The house is right opposite the beach and has the most amazing views. This was our second time as a family staying at the property.
The floods was an inconvenience. It rained so hard that the water came into the bedroom facing the sea side. The lounge as well all along the sea facing windows the water came in.

Nice location with a great view of the ocean. We could actually hear the ocean from the bedroom window. Three big bedrooms and a very spacious and open living room. Clean and cosy. Close to Cape Agulhus which was our reason to be in this area.
The only thing that wasn't great was the lack of wifi.
