Great location for our visit to Basingstoke. Walking distance to town centre and local shops and curry house

Very clean, nice little touches like fresh milk in the handy fridge and cold water.
Bit noisy with the traffic but then again were at the front so perhaps the back rooms were quieter.

The bed was comfortable. The fridge and tea and coffee facilities were good. The staff were able to accommodate my request for a room with a desk.
I stayed for 6 nights and the tiny toiletries were not replaced. The bigger issue was that the room was near the bins and they were overflowing with rubbish bags all around. Some of them were broken and the smell was not pleasant. This lasted for the extent of my stay.
