The place was clean and comfortable for our family of 5. The person at the front desk was very responsive.
Currently, there is construction on the road outside which means that it's a bit noisy in the morning. It didn't really bother us.

• Requested an additional blanket and pillow twice. The request was confirmed by phone, but nothing was provided.
• Some floor tiles were loose and could be felt moving while walking.
• The toilet spray (shataf) was installed on the left side, making it difficult to use.

Great facilities and a good customer service, the receptionist at the hotel were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and spacious and the apartment was close to local shops and restaurants.
