La ubicacion , el entorno y cercanía con pueblos y lugares interesantes y bonitos. El alojamiento es muy recomendable, muy limpio y confortable. Y tiene parking cubierto donde aparcar un coche.
La hora de la entrada. Considero que las 18.00 horas es muy tarde.

Muy bonito y muy bien equipado. Ubicación muy buena para conocer muchos lugares como Santillana de Mar, Comillas, San Vicente de la Barquera, Suances o Santander situados a media hora máximo.

Excelente ubicación en enclave estratégico para visitar las diferentes localidades
Puertas y armarios cerrados, prueba de desconfianza. Lavavajillas estropeado, supuestamente por los anteriores inquilinos. El calentador , insuficiente para utilizar las dos duchas existentes al mismo tiempo.La urbanización dónde se ubica está muy destartalada, prueba de un escaso mantenimiento. Nada bloqueante pero son detalles solucionables que hacen menos agradable la estancia
