Lack of warm water in the shower.

Lovely spacious apartment room with excellent amenities and beautiful grounds to walk around. Everything was clean and there was running hot water and electricity 24/7. TV had a really good range of channels. Restaurant area was lovely and the staff were very attentive. Gardens were beautiful
The water from the shower was a little metallic.

A family-oriented campus with great walking trails, big rooms, at a great price. Friendly staff and beautiful gardens with some artwork scattered about.
The place felt sort of desolate -- the dining spaces were incredibly dark and unwelcoming, the rooms were chilly, and the location was not very convenient to downtown or the airport. I think it is probably great for families planning to stay on campus but not for business travel.
