Stress with poor contact.

The surroundings and the space.

Difficulty in contact.. problems with booking, possibly booking.com, but no way to reach them and no wy 2L Appartements could help... O didn't like the fact that dishes had to be in cupboard, and could not be left in dishwasher after program has been finished when we left. I didn't like that we had to take off all linnen from the beds ourselves. I did t like the unclarity about paying for linnen, just say: linnen included and give the price, like most places do. It was freezing g cold when we arrived, 13 degrees, in the apartment and took 16 hours before it was warmed up to 18 degrees celcius.

1) The photos in Booking.com are confusing - customer can not select the desired one, there is no floorplan to see the arrengement of rooms. 2) only upon your arrival will realize that when enter the apratment you arrive the bed room :-/ And the bed room is not separated from thebliving room area 3) The apartment was not clean when arrived, I had to wash the balcony doors and clean up the floor beacuse it was dusty 4)Also wierd that bedclothes for the sofas were in a hidden compartment and it was not told us. Then before leaving we were asked to remove and collect the bedsheets, ect 5) There is no sound insulation in the wall - sifficult to fall a sleep if you have a noisy neighbour (and we had) 6) The main entry door downstairs closes with annoying noise if people just let it to self close…. (and the they let it all the time……)

It is very nice place If you accept some small imperfections.

Location and building are very beautiful. 2 churches visible through the windows and you can hear the bells ring! Walking distance to the beach. Cosy surrounding.

The check in at limited time 16:30-18:00 is very stressful. We were coming from Sweden by car and didn’t manage. Extra cost of 60 euro is not inviting 😩 The cleanness overall is ok, but some places were not cleaned for long time. Window in a bathroom didn’t close as remote was not working. So, with small improvement the place can become a lot better.

Long stay

There was a washing machine and ease to get to transportation. Also the wifi was a need to work and worked really well.

As we were there for 9 nights, we weren't aware the need for cleaning, new towels or cleaning of bins was an extra cost. The sleeper couch was extremely hard, soft pillow. The stay was good for passing through, or need of minimal amenities.

It was clean and roomy and a lovely room out of the window. Everything worked well.

I think they should have provided some salt and pepper or a welcome pack with some milk.

Very good

Very clean and nice apartment. Also quite big with a fully equipped kitchen. They provided tablets for both washing machine and dishwasher.

Check-in procedure can be improved. They say it is only possible to check-in between 16 and 17:30 or a fee is applied. That is not fair we had to schedule our day accordong to check-in on time.

If only they cared about guests…

The location is great, such a beautiful place!

The awful communications, paper thin walls (can hear everything from the flat next door), rock hard sofa bed, not even enough toilet paper for two days. And change the check in rules. Seriously just put the key boxes outside and done, let people check-in as late as they want… Yeah I know, it’s written in policy but when I change my travel plan to arrive within your hours and then wait half an hour for the key… sorry not acceptable.

Exceptional

The apartment was ideal for a long weekend. It had a great little kitchen which meant we could make some simple meals rather than having to eat out the whole time. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of wardrobe space. Best of all we had access to the lovely shared balcony- thanks to the warm, sunny weather it was a great spot for evening drinks. The view is lovely. It is actually located on one of the town's oldest streets, close to two churches and local shops. Very little traffic passes through so it's also very peaceful. I would recommend this for a short break.

Our main issue was getting into the apartment. We arrived after the approved check in time due to a long flight delay and tried to call the number left in the window but no one replied. I went into the restaurant to ask and a kind member of staff let us in so we could get to our key safe. Clearer instructions/ processes are needed as this was quite stressful after a long journey. Secondly, we only used the sofa bed as a sofa - it was quite uncomfortable and would have benefited from some large cushions.

Pleasant, and comfortable appartment

Really nice appartment. Loved the host. The host was really helpful, very reactive to questions (when we were looking for parking, when we had payment related queries). Really loved the space in the apartment, cleanliness and amenities. Everything you need are inside the appartment. It was convenient to go to the tulip gardens and the space exhibitions from here.

There was some difficulty to know where the parking was. The parking is right behind the appartment, but the entrance by car is from another street. It is better to arrive directly to the parking lot if you come by car. All information is available before from the host, but we did not look carefully enough. It was not difficult to figure things upon arrival.

Our boys found the sofa beds a bit hard but otherwise, we all liked the apartment and enjoyed the restaurant too.

Cannot think of anything we didn't like, only that it was frustrating when we couldn't access the thermostat.

Not worth the price

Nothing good at all!

A Nightmare! I ve been forced to pay with a bank wire... Its 2022! They dont accept paypal or cards for save a 1,5% of fee.? The place was absolutely not worth the cost of it. Also if u come 10minutes late for the check in time ...they charge you extra 60euro! The kitchen was supee dirty...including platws..glasses and the owen was extra dirty and smelling. Horrible. I will never return here.

Comfortable but with minimal amenities.

The apartment was very clean and on a beautiful, quiet, little street. There was parking in the back of the property.

I did not like the fact that I had to make up the beds, put the duvet covers on, etc. like I was staying in a hostel. When we left we were asked to strip the bedding as well. They have a very short check in window. I was charged 25 extra euro to have a door buzzed so I could get into a hallway with the key lock box. That box could have easily been outside.

Lovely location, clean and smart apartment. Very light with great views. Comfortable beds. Great stay, walking distance to lovely restaurants and coffee places. 30 min walk to the seaside.

Very comfortable stay, but some facilities are not upto the mark

Location was good. The apartment was spacious. Facilities were good. Ambiance was excellent.

Heater at bathroom was not working in the morning. Exhaust window in bathroom was open and could not be closed which leads to colder room temperature. Kettle was not clean and had lots of limescales. Room service was not provided.

Good housing in a very nice and relaxing environment.

Great location - very close to both old churches and commercial centre. Easy 2 km trip to the beach and Noordwijk-aan-Zee old fishermen village (the beach site). Good starting point for walking or biking, lots of touristic attractions nearby (including town of Leiden). Clean and spacious apartment with good collection of kitchen utensils - makes it easy to cook yourself. If you do not like to cook there there is good restaurant in the same building (no problems with noise though) and many eating places very close. Good communication with owner - key collection without personal contact handled very well.

We book room for 4 people but there were beds only for 3 (1 sofa instead of 2 advertised). No private parking, so one risks having no place to park close to your apartment. Mind that owner does provide only 1 toilet paper roll, so bring your own. Also the floor in the shower is not separated, so water comes easily on the whole bathroom's floor. You need WhatsUp to facilitate check-in communication.

Great for short stay (less than 2 weeks)

Great location, in the center of Noordwijk. 2,5 kilometers from the Beach. Several groceries and banks nearby. Several bus stops near (in about 5-7 minutes walk). Free parking near the place (it is possible to find a place). Very good place for a short stay.

The audibility level of neighbors is simply incredible: you can hear every phrase and exhale of your neighbors next door. Get used to it, but be prepared. No doors in the apartment between "living room/kitchen" and bedroom. In our apartment the bet was in an isolated "box" without any windows. We had only 1 key from the apartment, which is inconvenient when where are several adults.

Vacanza in famiglia

Appartamento bello e spazioso, comodo l'ascensore per raggiungere i piani superiori con i bagagli. Molto apprezzata la presenza della lavatrice e della macchina per il caffè, per entrambe era presente un kit di benvenuto. Comodissimo il parcheggio riservato per gli appartamenti, in alternativa il parcheggio in strada è comunque gratuito. Supermercato e negozi a poca distanza. Lo staff ha risposto velocemente a tutte le nostre domande.

Sarebbe stato molto utile un forno a microonde visto che lo spazio in cucina non manca.

Het was een hele leuke vakantie met het gezin.

Modern appartement, leuke locatie, ruimer dan verwacht

Het appartement had beter schoongemaakt mogen worden. Keukenkastjes (binnenkant) en achterwand keuken waren vies en spinnenwebben in hoek bij het raam aan de voorkant. De kinderen vonden de slaapbanken te hard. Wij hebben als ouders daarom (heerlijk) op de slaapbanken geslapen en de kinderen in het tweepersoonsbed.

Locatie goed, comfort slecht

De locatie was goed. Het appartement ligt in een gezellige straat met een goed restaurant/bistro onder de appartementen. Ongeveer 20/30 minuten wandelen naar het strand. Supermarkt op loopafstand.

Er staat op de website dat je een aparte slaapkamer hebt. Dit is niet het geval aangezien het een open ruimte is en er geen deuren inzitten. De slaapbank die staat omschreven is voor 1 persoon (in zowel het appartement voor 3 personen als voor 4 personen; dan zijn het twee aparte 1-persoons slaapbanken). De slaapbanken liggen verschrikkelijk hard. Er was geen ventilator aanwezig terwijl het erg warm werd binnen. Veel geluid van de buren en op de gang. Er lag nog eten van de vorige bewoners in de koelkast en er zaten gele vlekken op de ''schone'' handdoeken. Na de eerste nacht mochten wij naar een ander appartement, het was fijn dat dit snel werd aangeboden maar het comfort werd er niet veel beter op.

Ort sehr schön, toller Strand mit Bars, Location liegt in einer schöner Umgebung

Zentral, netter Ort - sehr idyllisch Strand zu Fuß erreichbar- top Strand mit coolen Bars.

Das Bad sowie Küche besonders der Kühlschrank bedurften intensive Reinigungsarbeiten unsererseits, um sich wohl zu fühlen. Sehr hellhörig, man konnte alles vom Nachbarn hören.
