陽台的景色超美，對面就是高級酒店，附近也有百貨公司，吃東西散步很方便。 最棒的是有洗衣機，剛好當日遇到暴雨，可以把濕濕的衣服洗一洗，很方便。
是大樓裡面的套房，房間內設備齊全，只是比較簡單陳舊些。大樓會有一般住戶，有些不習慣。加上高樓層，電梯可能較老舊，搭乘體驗不是太好。冷氣不太冷，搭配風扇，勉強ok.

交待人員客氣👍 出行的交通方便，捷運站就在對面👏 週邊晚上不吵鬧、樓下還有小公園可以讓孩子跑跑跳跳👍 樓下就有早餐店、便利商店 房間沒有異味👍 冷氣看起來很新、安靜很涼👏👏 床睡起來很舒服，很少能睡到起床不腰酸背痛的床👍👍
跟相片落差有點多，所以會有點失落🥺 廁所水壓真的很小，就算沒有同時沖馬桶也忽冷忽熱🥵🥶 廁所有看到抽風機缺完全找不到開關，所以洗澡完不開門通風就會濕氣很重😮‍💨 車子停在特約停車場被刮了一道漆掉😭😭
