For sightseeing, the location is a bit far than the attractions places. But since I came for a Co cert, this condo is the nearest and good choice for me. Got ATM right down the condo entrance and 7Eleven right in front of the building. Apart from the distance to main attractions, overall this condo is superb
I think the aircond is a bit annoying as it makes an annoying sound at night and sometime it change from cold to warm on its own. Not sure if it's broken or what.

We arrived late and because of the language and location, it took some time to get to the wrong place and find the building. The security guy was nice and friendly and assisted us in finding the room. We were impressed by the first time we rented an apartment, and it was very convenient to be close to the IMPACT exhibition center.
