Very clean, great location, across from the ocean on a stunning corner. Some snacks, water, coffee available for purchase in the shared kitchen.
Very quiet area.
Didn’t have contact with any staff, so I couldn’t rate it the highest. Delayed response to question in messaging so I had to call to ask a question.

the fact that i did not have to worry about parking was great, something i value is trust and they have a trust policy that i find refreshing, everything went perfectly

Nice walks on the beach nearby and great value
The homestay is quite busy with peregrinos and is not well equipped to host many due to the lack of sound proofing (keys in the door, light switching turning on and off, conversations, etc.) and design of the doors on the rooms. The doors have a glass piece which lights up the room when guests turn on the hallway lights as they come and go. Bed was not comfortable, lots of springs and lumpy pillows.
