Beautiful historical hotel in the heart of Chantilly
The breakfast was excellent. The hotel is in a historical building-very charming. The rooms vary, and ours was one of the larger ones off the courtyard.

Immaculate hotel with an excellent location and friendly staff.
Location, cleanliness of room.
Cost of breakfast (the cost for identical breakfasts had been included in other hotel room stays during our time in France - note the quality of breakfasts at this hotel though is lovely), a bit intense having the hotel staff working in the room that you are due to eat breakfast in too, and the breakfast room was very quiet on the day we ate in it, so it felt quite formal and awkward. It was a shame that the lovely courtyard advertised in the pictures isn't actually somewhere that guests can sit and enjoy - I didn't realise this when I booked it as I thought it looked like a lovely outdoor calm space to have a coffee now and then, or sit in for a little while after a day out exploring. While I appreciate that the courtyard has rooms around it, allowing a couple of tables/chair for guests to sit could be a worthwhile addition. As such, there is no space in the hotel to chill, only your room as the breakfast room was only used for that and then closed off during the day (perhaps reorganise some of that breakfast room which is a lovely cool space). Also our room was very small and this wasn't expected/inferred in the pictures.

it was centrally located in Chantilly. Lisa greeted us and could not be more accommodating! She showed us to our room and made sure we were settled in nicely!
