Nice place
Very clean and recently renovated. Amazing view from the balcony. The rooms are good and the kitchen is well equipped. If you need to stay in a quite house this is the right place. The river beside the the house.
It's far from zell am see and kapurn. No close by activity.

Komfortable Ferienwohnung mit Sauna in ruhiger Lage und freundliche Eigentümer
- der großzügige Wohnbereich mit offener Küche - Fußbodenheizung - die Sauna (herrlich nach einem Skitag draußen) - die Möglichkeit, zu Fuß von der Ferienwohnung zur Talstation Bramberg zu gelangen (ca. 10-15 min Gehzeit) - der herrliche Blick ins Tal von der Veranda aus, mit Sonne fast den ganzen Tag - riesige Panoramafenster im Wohnbereich - großer Esstisch für 8 Personen - gute Küchenausstattung und viel Stauraum - hochwertiges Holz (Fußboden, Küchentresen) - Kamin - sehr freundliche Eigentümer, die sehr entgegenkommend und stets per WhatsApp erreichbar waren, frühzeitig Kontakt aufnahmen (wegen der Ankunftszeit), auch zwischendurch nachfragten, ob alles i.O. sei und ganz persönlich Anteil nahmen, auch als wir bereits wieder zuhause waren (ich hatte einen Skiunfall)
- ich würde mir einige Haken (z.B. im Flur oder in den Zimmern und im Bad) zum Aufhängen der Skibekleidung und der Handtücher wünschen - der Stoffvorhang im hinteren Doppelzimmer lässt sich nur schwer auf- und zuziehen, weil die Form der Gardinenstange nicht zu den Ösen des Vorhangs passt
