Jazz Makati Luxury Apartment

The location is perfect, right above the supermarket, with coffee shops and lots of convenience stores nearby. The balcony view is great, especially at night. The apartment provides everything you need, including towels, an iron, a hairdryer, shampoo and body wash. There's even a water filter in the kitchen. Very nice! The owner is very friendly and easy to contact. I couldn't get the TV to work, but I didn't really need it, so I didn't ask for help as I was outside most of the time.

Everything was fine overall. Just a few minor maintenance issues here and there. The armchair could use a good clean to remove the stains, and the bathroom could use a few small adjustments. I also had a few bugs in the room, but they provided insect spray, so no problem. Nothing too serious, just normal wear and tear. The Philippines is a tropical country, so bugs are to be expected. One small downside is that you have to pay a daily fee of ₱150 to use the pool, and the elevator is incredibly slow. But that's something the owner can't change! 😅

Very comfortable bed. Location. Good shower lots of hot water

Not able to find the mail box room on arrival. Receptionist didn’t explain where it was, not very helpful which apparently is unusual according to the host.

The owner is great!!! answer all our question and quik replay he was very helpfull The room is clean and the bed is comptable the shower is very good The view from the room is less

Spotless place, in a very well located part of Makati, close enough to walk everywhere and not in the middle of the traffic. Bed is super comfortable, the place is renovated, everything is functional. Very quiet place considering where it is.
