The room was a little small, but it had a great view of Toaca Peak.
The staff was very nice and hospitable, and the food at the restaurant was quite good as well.
Plus, the location is close to the hiking trails.
We were there at the beginning of May and even though the heaters were turned off, it was still a bit hot.

The food was excellent.
The staff was nice and friendly and customer oriented.
The place was peaceful, the view was beautiful. Very close to the ski resort.
The rooms are not soundproof, and you can easily hear what's happening next room :D
But the neighbors were ok.

Location, friendly staff. Good food in the restaurant.
No Wi-Fi and TV. Very noisy, you can hear what people talk an how they walk in the rooms next to your room. You can even hear your neighbors phones vibrating.
