About this villa rental
The Villas are in the world class 5 star Pueblo Bonito Emerald Bay Resort. This is a double gated residential community. Our guest will enjoy all the benefits of the Elite membership perks at Emerald Estates. The Villa is across from the world renowned Pueblo Bonito Emerald Estates spa and the private owners clubhouse and pool. The villa is 2,700 square feet A/C with another 150 feet of covered outdoor space. Each bedroom has its own plasma TV, plus an additional plasma TV in the main living area. The villa additionally has its own private pool and private spa overlooking the Pueblo Bonito Emerald Bay golf course. Private massage services available in your private villa. Emerald Bay has many miles of pristine beaches.
The Villa includes a private patio courtyard, spacious living and dining area with terrace. Covered carport for 2 cars. Master bedroom has king bed and private sitting area with large walk-in shower and private Jacuzzi spa. Second bedroom has a king bed and private bath with terrace to pool and outdoor Jacuzzi. Third bedroom has 2 queen beds and spacious bath. Terrace is a spacious 653 SF overlooking your private pool and spa and onto the golf course. We can order roll away if needed.
We own the weeks of Dec. 16- Jan. 2. If you want other times, we are happy to check and see if there is space available in the villas or in the Emerald Bay hotel area. Please only inquire and don't book if you are looking for times other than Dec 16- Jan 2. We will have to confirm availability with the resort.

Wow, our stay at PB Emerald Bay did not disappoint!! The Casa Estates is a fabulous experience with plenty of space for the whole family… private pool and hot tub to boot!! And the service is impeccable!

Beautiful property. Very slow in checking in. We were in a villa and owner said we should have had a concierge, but we never had one. Never offered. Supposedly their computer system was down the whole time and unable to exchange US dollars. So we had to spend more money to take a taxi in to a cash exchange business. Very inconvenient! I prepaid transportation for 6 of us to and from the resort, but arriving, we had to pay another $30 for a taxi to the resort.

We had a lovely time at the resort. This was our first time in Mazatlan. We have enjoyed the other Pueblo Bonito properties in Cabo San Lucas. The resort was clean, comfortable and the staff was very friendly. This unit is an end unit which was very nice. Having the privacy on one side was great. We had two days of excursions which we really enjoyed. A city tour and a tequila tour with a stop for lunch in El Quelite. Would highly recommend this property.
