About this house rental

Old house located on the port of Brusc completely renovated, terraced on one side. Sea view.
Large enclosed garden (table, chairs, barbecue and deckchairs). Immediate proximity all shops, beaches, port. Calanques at 20 minutes on foot and departure for the islands.
Living / dining room with TV, equipped kitchen (combination cooker with oven, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, etc.).
Provision of a baby umbrella and a high chair.
Two bedrooms upstairs (1 bed 140, 2 beds 90). Shower room with WC. B. Z. in 160 in the living room on the ground floor if necessary.(bultex mattress)
Small terrace and bike shed, beach equipment etc.
Weekly rental (preferably from Saturday to Saturday) from € 560 to € 800 charges included depending on the period.
No pets allowed. Rental available from May 4, 2019.

Cuisine bien aménagée avec LV et LL, four et MO, vaisselle et literie correctes. Par contre salle de douche dans les WC (plutôt que le contraire), jardin tristounet qui pourtant pourrait être mignon, insonorisation avec le voisin nulle. Peut-être qu’en plein été, on voit les choses différemment ! Dommage un vrai potentiel mal exploité
