Невероятно стильная, современная квартира, есть все необходимое, прекрасное месторасположение, отличный вид из окна, комфортное заселение. В Бари- только в эту квартиру!

Clean apartment, and has enough equipment to cook/self catering. Coffee machine and kettle. Comfortable bed. Area felt safe, close to old town, close to coastal walk, close to grocery (a bit more expensive that one 15mins walk away, but well stocked.

Suggestions! Or remember to bring/buy your own! Lacks in toiletries (one small sachet of shampoo /shower gel, one bar of soap), for sustainability - guest buy there own and will be likely to have to leave behind No beach towel which would have been nice as those traveling would not be able to bring this back home if purchased. If even only provided on request. A small 500ml bottle of water upon arrival - though greatfull, a 2L would not have cost much more as a gesture. Aircon only in the front sitting room. But a fan was provided for the bedroom - you can sue this to guide cooler air into the bedroom at night. If host updated TV to a smart one, guest could cast their own shows in their own language. Power tripped A few times - eg if aircon on and using kettle/coffee.... Trip switch is easy accessibilie.

旧市街にも、海にも、駅にも近いけれど、静かな通りに面した最高の立地です。

Pros: - The location was close to the shopping area and the train station. - It’s a large apartment with a nice bathroom. - Communication with the agent and owner were responsive when I had a problem with the heater having been left on. - The place was very clean and there is an elevator part way up to the unit.

Cons: - Construction upstairs and on the corner makes the place super noisy. The noise starts right at 7am with the construction lift positioned right in front of the balcony. The owner should make people aware since it’s not ideal for sleeping or enjoying your stay. Some people don’t mind, but it would be helpful to know in advance. - No AC in the bedroom, just the living room so it’s uncomfortable if you like a cool room. Plus, the windows can’t be left open since construction starts early in both the front and back of building. There is also no window in the bedroom. - The bed is very hard and the mattress pad makes noise when you move around. And the couches are old and lumpy (not pictured)
