Brilliant location. There is a very short footpath (unmarked on maps) through the pine forest down to Gortanova Uvala, a beautiful cove for swimming. Great responsive host, clean and stylish and spacious apartment, well equipped kitchen. A nice terrace in the shade (although no view) - previous reviews mention mosquitos on the terrace though we didn't have many.
As others mention, the air conditioning is a bit weak, it was slightly too hot for ideal comfort at night, but it wasn't terrible. (Granted, we were there during a heatwave. However, other buildings we entered had noticeably better air con.)

Es war alles vorhanden was nötig ist (sogar Waschmaschine+Waschmittel. Gastgeberin war sehr zuvorkommend und lieb. Val der namensgebende vierbeinige Hausmeister war ein super extra (ein lieber Hund)
Viel Verkehr in der Nähe Terasse ohne Aussicht dennoch schmuck und gemütlich

Sehr ruhige Lage und 2 Minuten zu Fuß vom Meer entfernt, keine 5 Minuten zu Fuß in einem der größten Einkaufszentren Istriens, und in 10 Minuten ist man mit dem Auto in der Altstadt oder beim Aquarium von Pula. Apartment hat alles was man für ein paar Tage Aufenthalt benötigt, und die Vermieterin ist auch sehr nett und Hilfsbereit. War ein schöner ruhiger Urlaub.
Leider war die Klimaanlage nur eher laut als kühl hoffe das wird behoben, sonst war alles sehr zu unserer Zufriedenheit.

Die Lage ist super! Man muss nur über die Straße und ist direkt am Meer, in ca. 8 min ist man mit dem Auto in der Altstadt. Die Wohnungen sind sehr sauber und Vlasta ist sehr herzlich und hat uns gute Tipps gegeben. Immer wieder gerne!
