TWO WEEK MINIMUM! Located in the guard gated community of silver sands racket club. Completely remodeled single level home in the best location and lot in silver sands. This home was just completely gutted in 2012 and everything is brand new. Everything is done with a modern flare and the highest of quality. Espresso cabinets with quartz slabs and glass tile backspash, all new Bosch stainless steel appliances, porcelian wood tile throughout except for bedrooms, new hvac, a walk-in custom shower made to look like wood, led TV's throughout with netflix to stream all the movies, free fast speed wifi, 2 master suites one with a cal king and other with two full beds, brand new memory foam mattresses on every bed, walk in closets, private backyard with putting green that overlooks greenbelts and mountains, 2 of the 15 pools and spa are steps from the patio. 8 tennis courts with on-site pro during season and on site washer and dryer. You will not be dissapointed.

We had the most amazing 7 weeks at this gorgeous property. It really felt home from home and George, our host, was fabulous! He was always available if needed but otherwise, he left us to enjoy the property. Great location, beautiful property and lovely swimming pools! Highly recommend!

It was our first stay in Silver Sands and we enjoyed the community and the condo. It was what we were looking for.

The property pictured in the listing didn't do it justice, it was better. All the arrangements with the owner for the rental were timely and attentive to our needs and questions. This property was very clean and all of furnishings and bedding were high end. I would definetly recommend this condo to anyone looking to stay in Palm Desert as the location is convient to shopping and golf. A real plus is the available tennis courts which are also very nice.
