Im Sommer ideal, schön kühl, weil schattig. Die Wohnung liegt im Souterain, direkte Sonneneinstrahlung ist selten. Die Wohnung ist trotzdem hell (im Wohnzimmer), Küche und Schlafzimmer sind eher etwas dunkler. Spaziergänge am Mittellandkanal sind absolut möglich, der Kanal liegt gleich hinter'm Garten. Ein schönes(r) Gartenrestaurant / Biergarten am Kanal / Yachthafen ist in lockeren 10...15 Geh-Minuten zu erreichen.

All are cool, the only thing visitors have to take into consideration is a location, but not a big deal, if one needs to get into the city center have to take into account not a good public transport in Minden.
Public transport in Minden, which is not connected to an apartment :) The apartment is really nice
