從停車位到客廳、房間、衛浴設備都很齊全，尤其是衛浴，乾濕分離做的很好，置物架更是齊到眼鏡也有地方擱置，還有超級厲害的馬桶，提供潤髮乳、消毒酒精這點也很少見，床也很舒適，房間外還有書籍供借閱，客廳還有良心商店，所販售的商品也都很貼近需求喔！
當天樓下的年輕房客們很吵，大概23:00多才安靜一點，這大概就是自助式的缺點，但我想如果我有向業主反應他一定會處理。

住宿的環境舒適、美觀、乾淨。住宿設施設備，房東都有很貼心、細心的配置與擺設。真的很像在家的自在！這是我們第二次入住！很值得推薦。下次來台東市仍會是首選！
