Nice one bedroom, two bath partial ocean view ground floor condo. Relax and enjoy the outdoors right off your lanai. Located next to Waipuilani Beach, which is a long sand and coral beach protected by reef and suitable for swimming, long walks, whale watching and beautiful Maui sunsets. This area is close to where surfing, windsurfing, kitesurfing and other water sports are enjoyed. Air conditioning in livingroom and bedroom. Condo has a queen size bed, full kitchen, and washer/dryer. Renovated kitchen, and bathrooms. Included is complimentary Wireless Internet!

Unit was clean,lots of dishes glasses and pots and pans,A/C worked fine. Pool and hot tub were well looked after as were the grounds well kept.

My husband and I recently vacationed in Maui and booked our stay through Vrbo. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience, especially the welcoming community, the comfortable and well-maintained condo, and the convenient beach access. One highlight of our stay was Security Guard Joe, who made our evening walks particularly enjoyable with his upbeat personality and entertaining presence.

Directly on the ocean and walking distance to the heart of Kihei. While the beach is sandy, watershoes are helpful for getting into the water. Maui Sunset is an extremely well kept condo complex with great pool, clean and functioning BBQs, tennis courts, and beautiful lawns between you and the ocean. Our ground floor condo A113 was close to the oceanfront of the complex with good view of the ocean.Kumulani management went out of their way to rebook us without any additional costs when we tested Covid positive for flying to Hawaii.
