The location is good for the amenities of the town. Clean and tidy and easy access. Only a 15-minute walk to the Racecourse.

Location is excellent, bedding and towels were clean, staff kept me well informed of property information both prior and during stay.
Poor parking options as most city centre car parks are a maximum stay of 3 hours. Most furnishings and fittings are a few years past their useable life and are desperate for renewal e.g. ripped/peeling sofa, flooring swollen and coming apart, paint coming off walls, rugs stained.
