Villa Sky with stunning view

The villa was stunning. We were a small group but wanted somewhere that had multiple spaces (inside and out) where we could chill and relax and enjoy the incredible view over the island and mainland - the villa offers that. There are two bedrooms upstairs with two bathrooms and a separate self contained flat downstairs with the third bedroom all for use. The outdoor area is where the villa really shines. There is an undercover lounge area, six seater dining, outdoor cooking and bar area, multiple sun lounges and a trellis area right at the top of the property that is a great place to read a book or relax with a drink and enjoy the sweeping views over Sumartin. The owners met us at the property and walked us through all of the aspects that we needed to know for the villa and surrounding area. They were incredible and kind hosts - they helped us to book dinner the first night, and offered to help with booking a number of experiences if we wished. Location is fantastic - a 3 min walk down the steps almost opposite the property to the beach - we jumped in here with our wicklefish and swam down to the main beach in Selca (with the tide maybe around 400m) and then walked back to the villa. There are 2 restaurants nearby - both serve great food but we loved the atmosphere of the beach bar best (which also had a small selection of gelatos in cones as well as prepackaged icecreams). It is a 20-25 min walk around the bay to Sumartin - which is the beautiful small harbour the villa overlooks - here you will find more dining options (Bernardo’s was fantastic), a bakery with amazing burek, and a bigger selection of gelatos, slushies and even fruit bubble tea, and a small supermarket where you can get almost everything (we found it better than the Tommy in Selca). Selca is a five minute drive away. It’s less convenient to walk to because it’s uphill and the road is a little more dangerous to walk on. There you will find an impressive church, more restaurants and supermarket.

Beautiful townhouse with amazing views and a great location! Perfect for a family or a group of friends ( the downstairs has a separate entrance and kitchenette) Steps down from multiple smaller beaches and local restaurants. Petra and her husband were very pleasant and attentive.

Amazing hosts :) Nice, friendly, very cooperative and ready to help. Fantastic villa, very comfortable with many amenities. The most beautiful outdoor area, swimming pool, wonderful patio, comfortable summer kitchen. Everything was thought about :) There was NO PROBLEM with parking our 3 cars! Very good location, close to the beach. A great base for exploring the island and the coast. Good internet I sincerely recommend:)

The location was perfect - just 30 seconds to the sea. Villa is perfect for 6 people. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom. Kitchen is well equipped. The pool is very clean and a wonderful addition to the experience. The hosts are very helpful, they have helped us with getting the home-made products and told us many interesting things about the island.
