Good view, friendly and helpfully staff, spacious room, breakfast variety
need to get an improvement on the mattress, it was a bit saggy. Other than that was ok.

Location was excellent. Breathtaking view from the restaurant. Beautifully landscaped garden. The room was nice.. Clean, simple, and everything works. The foods were delicious and good variety. The staffs were too wonderful. They have the perfect attitudes. Congratulations.. jobs well done on training them. Too bad we only stayed for 1 night, but we were so very impressed with the hotel. Next time we visit Tawangmangu, this hotel will be our first choice to stay... Nava Hotel deserves 7 stars !!!
