I loved the balcony! Our room had a table in the balcony so we could have meals outside. The location of the apartment is perfect. It's in the city center, 1 min to the market and there are a lot of supermarkets nearby.
The score ended up low because of the criteria that booking.com is asking for, but if you consider the cost and all the positive points, I would give a higher score.
The owner was difficult to reach. If you are the type who wants to get quick responses to your questions, I wouldn't recommend this apartment.
The room was clean enough, but still I found quite a few blond hair on the floor (I'm not blond) and there were unwashed glass and some dust in the kitchen drawers and cabinet that I had to wash most of the utensils before using...
