We had an excellent stay in this apartment. The location is very central – right near the waterfront and close to everything. Location & Getting Around: • Walking distance to the promenade and beach • Bus station about 8 minutes’ walk away • Great nearby beach for snorkeling The Apartment: • Well-equipped kitchen with refrigerator • Washing machine in the room • Nice view from the loggia • Very clean, with beautiful wooden furniture and pictures on the walls • The cotton sheets with handmade embroidery were a lovely touch – you don’t see that often Parking Tips: The streets around the apartment are quite narrow. We recommend approaching from Trakace Street near Studenac Market – it’s much more comfortable that way. The other approach is trickier with tight passages. There are two parking options within 7–10 minutes’ walk: • Farther lot: €1/hour, card payment via app (which is convenient)- Makarska Parking, closest to Petra Perice road • Closer lot: cash only, coin machine and a bit more expensive We used the farther lot because it was cheaper and we could pay by card. I loved the balcony! Our room had a table in the balcony so we could have meals outside. The location of the apartment is perfect. It's in the city center, 1 min to the market and there are a lot of supermarkets nearby. The score ended up low because of the criteria that booking.com is asking for, but if you consider the cost and all the positive points, I would give a higher score.

The owner was difficult to reach. If you are the type who wants to get quick responses to your questions, I wouldn't recommend this apartment. The room was clean enough, but still I found quite a few blond hair on the floor (I'm not blond) and there were unwashed glass and some dust in the kitchen drawers and cabinet that I had to wash most of the utensils before using...
