This house in Vodnjan is truly unique! We had a wonderful two-week stay and loved relaxing on the roof terrace under the stars at night, The cleanliness and the beautifully renovated interior, which blends antique with modern elements, made our experience exceptional, The art on display was delightful, adding to the charm of the place, Solidea was incredibly helpful and responsive to all our inquiries, We highly recommend this place and hope to return soon!

Not bad at all! The house had a lot of space which was nice for our group, A little noisy from the street at times, but nothing too crazy, Overall, a great value for the price

Das Häuschen ist sehr geschmackvoll gestaltet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht.
Die kleine Dachterrasse haben wir ausführlichst genutzt (meist ganz früh und ab spätem Nachmittag).
Man muss sich bewusst sein, dass sich dieses Stadthaus über 4 Stockwerke zieht. Es sind also vieeeele Stufen, die man täglich steigt. Uns hat das nichts ausgemacht, war zugleich „work-out“ 😉.
Die Vermieterin ist sehr zuvorkommend und höflich (selbst am Wochenende!) und beantwortet schnell und geduldig Fragen. Der Hausverwalter ist freundlich, spricht jedoch nur kroatisch.
Man ist hier mitten drin im Stadtleben und bekommt also alles mit. Den Rasenmäher ebenso wie Konzerte am nahegelegenen Stadtplatz (die wir sehr genossen haben).
