Location - close to public transport
Comfortable beds
The balcony can be easily accessed by others although it’s clearly for our apartment one lady was out there a few times right outside our lounge room and was quite loud

所々汚いのがマイナス、少しね。
あと風呂は扉ほしい！トイレ浸水してた
寝室の窓辺りがカンカン音が鳴って気になる、原因不明

The flat was very clean, had plenty of room and was so pretty!
We did have a hard time getting the room to cool down with London being unseasonably warm but overall, it was manageable

Very helpful and attentive host. We locked ourselves out one evening. The host sprang into action to organise someone/locksmith solve the stressful situation, within the hour.
The housekeeper who let us in very very friendly.
We were on level 2 of the building.
Very close to Paddington station.
Beds in both bedrooms were very low and in need of a new mattress.
The aircon was blowing out a lot of dust.
The floors were quite dusty.
Both bathroom exhaust fans were not working.
Would be nice to sit outside via the balcony but unfortunately it needed a clean.
