Die Lage ist toll. Parkplätze vor der Tür bzw. in der Nähe sind vorhanden. 10 Euro für 24 Stunden sind auch völlig in Ordnung. Preis für die Wohnung ist klasse.

Die Stühle könnten etwas bequemer sein. Aber bei Stadtbesichtigungen sitzt man ja selten in der Wohnung ;-)

Sehr geräumiges Appartement, bequemes Bett, angenehme Atmosphäre, sauber.

Perfekte Lage, ziemlich zentrumsnah. Einrichtung war völlig ausreichend für einen Kurztripp. Heizung und WLAN waren super. Das Bett war sehr bequem.

Erdgeschoss, aber dass haben wir beim buchen gewusst und in Kauf genommen. Für einen Kurztrip absolut vertretbar.

The apartment was very convenient for the station which is why I chose it despite it looking tired in the photos. We enjoyed exploring Erfurt which is a fascinating town with a wonderful mosaic by Josep Renau that is well worth the tram ride.

I had to contact the owner to find out how to get into the flat which wasn’t easy as the instructions were not very clear. As ground floor apartments go, this one felt very overlooked unless you had the net curtains drawn because of people walking past. No information about how and where to recycle or dispose of rubbish. It was a very difficult to kitchen to cook in, with very poor lighting, no heat proof mat, no large bowls, no water jug, a sharp knife with a bent end. We had to ask for a sink plug as when we arrived there were no plugs - not in the kitchen sink, not in the bath, not in the bathroom sink! Because of 'improper handlng' by previous guests both the washing machine and dryer in the bathroom are chained up with bike locks, something I've never ever seen before. Because of this 'improper handlng' of a washing machine by previous guests we spent an interesting Monday morning at the excellent SB Waschsalon on Stauffenbergallee. The response to our request for a plug added to our feeling of being punished for the bad behaviour of previous visitors and overall we felt tolerated rather than welcomed even though a plug was provided by Monday afternoon. An assortment of laundry had been randomly left sitting in the dryer to share the bathroom with us throughout our stay which added to our feeling of being tolerated rather than welcomed. All in all it felt as if the owner's heart was not in hosting visitors.
