Brötchen-Service o. Feiertage war sehr gut. Außergewöhnlich war das Design. Raumheizung, insbesondere tw. Fußbodenheizung war sehr gut. Sehr hilfreich war der verfügbare Parkausweis für Oybin ...
Es gab einige Gebrauchsspuren z.B. mangelhafter TV-FB-Batteriefachdeckel. wartungsbedürftiger Kaffee-Automat, defektes Leuchtmittel eines der Deckenstrahler, spröde, verfärbte Verfugung im Duschbereich (Bodenbereich). Bemängelt wird, dass nicht zu allen Geräten eine Bedienungsanleitung verfügbar (TV, Kaffeeautomat) und der TV-Empfang einiger Sender nicht durchgängig stabil möglich war. Angeregt wird auch, den Bereich um die Mikrowelle besser auszuleuchten, da die notwendigen Einstellungen sonst nur schwer erkennbar sind. Die Parkbucht ist für längere Autos (>4,50 m) etwas klein und schwieriger zu handhaben.

Sehr ruhige Lage und super freundliche Vermieter.
Die Wohnung war schon etwas abgelebt. Kleine Erneuerungen bzw. Ausbesserung wäre gut.

Die Unterkunft war, wie erwartet, schön rustikal und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Landschaft hat uns umgehauen, wunderschöne Wanderwege, gute Gastronomie und sehr nette Menschen.

Die Ferienwohnung ist in einem schönen Stil eingerichtet, der sich durch alle Räume zieht. Sie liegt ruhig und trotzdem nah zu vielen Wanderrouten. Die Ausstattung ist klasse und es fehlt an nichts.
Leider wurde das Wasser beim Duschen relativ schnell kalt.
