Bardzo przyjazna lokalizacja, praktycznie przy samej promenadzie, do granicy spacerkiem w pół godziny, na plażę 15 min. Potrzebne punkty usługowe pod ręką, bardzo blisko przystanki autobusowe, do promu Bielik, czy na rejsy wycieczkowe również 30 min spaceru. Sam obiekt bardzo dobrze utrzymany, bardzo zadbane pomieszczenia, nowe i czyściutkie, w aneksie kuchennym wszystko co potrzebne, plus toster i ekspres przelewowy, w łazience suszarka, przestronny balkon. Na duży plus bezobsługowy pobór kluczy.
Z drobnych sugestii dla właścicieli lub odwiedzających... Trochę niedomagał internet w telewizorze i brak tradycyjnych kanałów TV, co w deszczowe wieczory może być uciążliwe. Na długie pobyty dobrze byłoby mieć do dyspozycji również pralkę. Mu byliśmy poza sezonem, więc było cichutko, nie wiem jak sytuacja w sezonie wysokim, bo ściany działowe pomiędzy lokalami wydają się być z kartongipsu.
