Dass wir eine eigene Küche und einen Kühlschrank hatten, war ideal, um sich auch mal selbst etwas zu kochen. Ein weiterer großer Pluspunkt: Die Messe ist in nur zwanzig Minuten zu erreichen. The housekeeper is so kind and was such a big help to us. I truly adore all the lovely touches—the candles, the drawings on the wall—you can feel how the home is maintained with care and love. It’s nestled in a quiet housing estate, yet close to supermarkets like Aldi, Rossmann, and Edeka. Having our own kitchen and refrigerator was wonderful, as I could prepare my own meals. Best of all, it’s just twenty minutes from the trade fair—a perfect choice for visitors and exhibitors alike.

Für den Messebesuch nahe gelegen, man kann zu Fuss zur Messe gehen. (falls es nicht regnet. :-) )

Die Tram/-S-Bahnstation ist auch zu Fuss erreichbar, aber man braucht mit dem Fussweg und der Bahn zwischen 30 bis 60 Minuten, bis man in der Innenstadt ist.

Great place! I came just for a weekend, but there's literally everything you'd need for a longer stay, fully-featured kitchen and bathroom. The apartment is very spacious, the beds are comfortable. The owners were very welcoming, kindly allowing an early check-in, which was very convenient, as I travelled from afar. They showed me around, having prepared a map of nearby restaurants and attractions and explaining the directions. The house is placed in a pretty, neat and quiet suburbian area, but in a walking distance from metro lines (five minutes to the station, and the fairs were less than 15 minutes by foot).

Well, as expected, there aren't supermarkets round the corner, just a gas station (there's a supermarket one stop further though!).

A very nice flat, comfortable beds and super service from the owners. Easy connection to the Fair (Messe) area, 15 minutes walk and 5 minutes to the tram/Sub to downtown. We will certainly use it again.

Partly my fault, but be aware, what you see is not what you get. I was seeking a 3 bedroom flat, close to the Fair. Found this, looked at the photos and was happy with what I saw in the pictures. I did not read through all information thoroughly, it fit my search. 3 separate bedrooms for 3 persons. Got surprised that all rooms showing in the photos isn't included in the rent. 1 bedroom is to be paid separately 40€/Night. Lesson learned, read all information about the place. If I knew this, we would have stayed in a hotel downtown. But we don't regret. We liked it a lot. Very helpful owners giving us a free lift to the airport and the fair. Thanks, see you next year;)
