Penthouse Oasis Beach Los Altos

I love the apartment. It's was clean and tidy and the upstairs is fabulous to work on the tan. The pool is lovely although there is no one to check up on people and there was people drinking and swimming and shouting at gone 2am a few days.

There are no proper plates to have dinner. We Ending up eating out of the pan I cooked the pasta in and there was 1 bowl and 2 side plates. The beds in the twin room were camp beds and so a little unconfortable but manageable for a week. It is a little walk from anywhere being the nearest pub was 20 minutes walk down the road but that was my fault for not checking.

The location was really good . The kitchen and bathrooms were good and very well equipped. The patio and solarium were good .

In the description it said access to upstairs by stairs only . We thought this just meant the solarium and didn’t realise it was stairs to the actual apartment. We are older and was ok when not carrying anything . We would have like to have been prepared The front door was so difficult to open and close due to it really catching on the floor . Not sure if you know how bad it is. I couldn’t send a video but have sent a pic where it scrapes tge floor . It really is stiff . We found the sofa in the lounge very uncomfortable and slippery and sticking to the plastic. We had to put a towel on to sit on . The air conditioning unit in the twin bedroom has staining on the wall which could be a leak . I’ve added a photo . The actual listing of amenities etc needs updating as there were a few things not included such as a welcome pack . It’s seems that you can have one but at extra cost . We were thinking there would be some water etc there .

Området var väldigt lugnt och skönt. Väldigt smidig in och utcheckning, snabb respons ifrån värden.

Underhållet av lägenheten kunde varit betydligt bättre, en AC funkade inte som den skulle, mögel i tvättmaskinen samt att silen var full med skit. Torkställningen var sönder samt att ena sittgruppen var också dålig på takterassen. Sängarna hade sent sina glansdagar i ena rummet, kuddarna var katastrof. Krokar saknades i båda badrummen. Vimlade av myror i köksdelen.
