We appreciated the terrace and sea view. Also, we we happy to have such a nice landlady. The real estate agent, Daniel, cooperating with her was helpful in communicating everything in time.
Walking to the beach sometimes felt too long in the heat but the beach (Martinica) was worth it anyway.

Rooms, view, AC, washing machine for clothes, beds, terrace
No microwave, missing range hood—it's purely decorative and not connected to the ventilation system... no baby bed, just if you got a toddler than it's good. And ants, full of it, unfortunately

Good location, comfortable beds! Huge balcony with sea views. Great host who met us right away at our location.
Dorm-sized refrigerator and no living room area, only a kitchen with dining table in it.
