The apartment was spacious enough for my family.
The lock of the front door didn't work properly, there need to be proper cooking facilities instead of a portable stove/cooker which you can do only so little. The fridge was tiny and all windows need proper shades to prevent light and allow for privacy. The bed in the leaving room is quite uncomfortable for sleeping. The building had no functioning spa, the facilities at the so called spa located at the top of the building are below sanitary and hygiene standards. This of course is not an issue of the owner but the management of the entire Milmari complex.
