The view is really exceptional and it’s nice to experience a typical Genovese-style little flat
The place needs quite some general repairs (no curtains in the room upstairs, shower door and one of the shutters don’t close, the dishwasher doesn’t work, etc…), a thorough cleaning (much dust and spider webs around, very sticky and oily kitchen, etc…) and a good refurbishment, at least of all the sofa beds. We were 2 adults and 2 teenagers and the only bed in good conditions was the bed in the bedroom (if it’s enough for you to share a 140cm bed), the rest of the sleeping arrangements were very poor, small and uncomfortable. Be prepared with mosquito repellents, to sleep in a VERY hot under-roof upper floor and with the fact that the place has NO WI-FI.

Traumhafte Wohnung mit herrlichem Blick
Wunderschöner Blick auf das Meer. Der Sonnenuntergang von hier ist einfach traumhaft! Die Wohnung ist entzückend ausgestattet - wie auf den Bildern ersichtlich. Es gibt einen Bäcker gleich vor der Tür, der auch einiges für den täglichen Bedarf hat. Wir sind von hier (San Rocco) nach Portofino gewandert- eine traumhafte Küstenwanderung. Es sind nach Camogli etwa 200 Höhenmeter- ein netter Weg führt hinunter, der direkt vor dem Haus startet. Parken konnten wir auf dem öffentlichen Parkplatz etwa 800 m entfernt- beim Hinweg mussten wir leider unser Gepäck tragen, da am Abend und Sonn- und Feiertagen die Einfahrt nicht gestattet ist. Tipp - wir haben über die App EasyPark bezahlt.
Es hat unseren Erwartungen entsprochen. Die ruhige herrliche Lage hat den Preis, dass man hingehen muss, was uns aber in Ordnung war, da wir eh gerne wandern.
