The place of the appartement is great , the appartement have all the equipments and it was so well done

The internet is slow but everything is great

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in bester Lage (und trotzdem ruhig)

Ein etwas unguter Geruch aus dem Waschbecken

We had a nice stay because: * in the center of the city * well-equiped kitchen e.g. oven, dishwasher etc * cosy with paintings and decoration * nice bed * character of the building

But also remarks of disappointment: • a lot of dust; under the bed, under cupboard, on the shelves, lot of hair (dog/cat?) on the floor in front of the couch, at the back of the couch. • the shower cabin was very filthy; mold and grease. I cleaned a lot of it but it's very unhealthy. • the t.v. is not working properly; if you are lucky you have 1 channel. I choose not to complain on the spot but to clean by myself because I don't like to have people around for cleaning again. This has to fixed in advance. After our stay I informed the agency of YOU-IN. They responded quickly to inform them straight away the next time. Overall; if the cleaning is done properly, don't hesitate to book the apartment.
