Emplacement de 1er choix en centre ville idéal pour les visites … un peu bruyant le soir tard . Appartement de décorateur bien optimisé mais peu pratique

Escalier d’accès à l’appartement dangereux (marche inégale) surtout avec des valises… lit en Mezzanine inexploitable pour des personnes âgées et accès non sécurisés… clic-clac très inconfortable

I loved this studio. The location is fantastic, and the studio itself was lovely. I really liked the high ceilings and the rustic atmosphere. The kitchen was had everything I needed. For me kind of bed was a plus, it felt really cozy and I like that you cannot see the bed when you're cooking, eating or hanging out in the main space. However, if you don't feel like climbing a ladder to get to your bed or to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night, you should better book a different acommodation. The street was very quiet at this time of the year. On Sunday morning it only took 2min to walk to the small farmer's market by the very impressive neo-gothic church, and in 2 more minutes you get to a big park as well. There are plenty of bars and restaurants around, as well as a Carrefour express that is open every day until quite late.

The shower is quite small, so it could be uncomfortable to use for larger folks. There are no plugs in the bathroom, so you will have to dry your hair in the main space.

We had a nice stay because: * in the center of the city * well-equiped kitchen e.g. oven, dishwasher etc * cosy with paintings and decoration * nice bed * character of the building

But also remarks of disappointment: • a lot of dust; under the bed, under cupboard, on the shelves, lot of hair (dog/cat?) on the floor in front of the couch, at the back of the couch. • the shower cabin was very filthy; mold and grease. I cleaned a lot of it but it's very unhealthy. • the t.v. is not working properly; if you are lucky you have 1 channel. I choose not to complain on the spot but to clean by myself because I don't like to have people around for cleaning again. This has to fixed in advance. After our stay I informed the agency of YOU-IN. They responded quickly to inform them straight away the next time. Overall; if the cleaning is done properly, don't hesitate to book the apartment.
