Can be a little tricky to drive in and out of the property due to its location on a roundabout. The walls are very thin in the bathroom and neighbours can be heard

We loved the pool and the parc with all the olive trees. The staff was gracious and friendly and helped us order a take away.

It would have been nice t have a microwave in a shared kitchen. Being with the toddler we needed to warm food.

The location is wonderful - 10 minute walk to town/the sea, but in a quiet olive grove with a pool and secure parking. The room is large, clean, and comfortable, and the shared kitchen area is a nice bonus.

Nice staff, spacious rooms and bathroom. Separate shared kitchen with fridge. Breakfast not very extensive, but good! Nice pool with enough beds!

Lovely owners, very attentive and friendly. Delicious coffee at breakfast and the breakfast itself. Good location with a great Osteria nearby. Nice outdoor area with a pool.

A good sized room with a balcony and a private entrance so that you could come and go as pleased. Parking available and a 10 minute walk to the centre.

Location is beautiful, lovely little family run hotel. Staff were friendly and worked hard. Really clean and the pool is excellent. Nice breakfast in the morning, right amount to set you up for the day. Location is great to get into Lazise, just 10 minutes down to the centre, supermarkets and bus stop. Would absolutely stay again and recommend to others.

My only one negative was the bed was uncomfortable for us, maybe need a new matress.

Lo consiglio senza ombra di dubbio

La posizione è qualcosa di incredibile perché ti permette di andare in centro a piedi senza prendere la macchina. La cortesia e attenzione dei proprietari è speciale. Immerso nel verde e con una fantastica zona piscina.

Le camere sono un po’ datate, materasso e cuscini andrebbero rinnovati ma magari è solo una questione soggettiva.

Al Vajo war wirklich eine außergewöhnlich gute Unterkunft! Vielen Dank für die netten Tage dort!

Ein sehr herzliche Gastfamilie und ein sehr schöner Platz zum Frühstücken. Rund um das Haus gibt es diverse schöne und versteckte Ecken um zu entspannen, die Gedanken schweifen lassen oder vielleicht karten zu spielen. Das highlight ist allerdings die schöne Poollandschaft. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und mit dem Rad nur 4 Minuten vom Zentrum entfernt. Wirklich eine der wenigen Unterkünfte an der wir nichts auszusetzen haben. Top - gerne wieder!

Posto immerso nel verde a pochi minuti dal centro di Lazise, adatto a chi cerca un po' di relax. Proprietari gentilissimi, sembra di essere a casa. Colazione ottima sia dolce che salata, piscina bellissima con idromassaggio. Da consigliare assolutamente.

Séjour très agréable dans un cadre verdoyant, avec un accueil chaleureux et un petit-déjeuner top

Lieu charmant et arboré avec piscine, à 15 min à pied du centre de Lazise. Parking juste devant la maison, chambre climatisée, literie très confortable et propreté impeccable. Petit-déjeuner excellent avec produits locaux/maison et personnel très accueillant.

L’emplacement au niveau d’un carrefour entraîne un peu de bruit et rend l’accès moins simple en cas de circulation dense. Il serait aussi très agréable d’ajouter un petit salon ou quelques assises dans le jardin arboré, plus calme que la piscine, pour pouvoir s’y détendre.

De familiale sfeer. De kamer. De locatie was ideaal 10min stappen van het centrum.

De muren hadden iets meer isolatie mogen hebben. Sommige gasten waren wat luider dan de ander maar daar kan de accomodatie weinig aan doen.

Erittäin ystävällinen henkilökunta, isot huoneet hienossa ympäristössä. Aamupala oli riittävä ja monipuolinen. Uima-allas oli erinomainen. Yhteisjääkaappi oli toimva ratkaisu ja huoneiston ilmastointi tehokas vaikka lämpöä piisasi. Parkki sisältyi ja on heti talon edessä. Kaupunki ja ravintolat lyhyen n. 15min kävelymatkan päässä. Toimii sekä pariskunnille, että perheille.

Ainoa pieni miinus on, ettei paikassa ole mitään myyntiä, mutta kaupunki&kaupat ovat lähellä. Kannattaa hakea juomat ja pikkupurtavat mukaan jo ennen tuloa.

Gezellige agrotourismo, gelegen in een mooie tuin, met een zeer mooi en leuk zwembad. De B&B wordt met veel zorg onderhouden door de eigenaars. De eigenaars zijn zeer vriendelijk. De hygiëne is perfect, zowel in de kamers als de tuin en om en rond het zwembad. Kamer met prima airco. Het ontbijt is lekker en verzorgd met verse charcuterie, vers fruit, tomaat, komkommer, eitje enz. Wij kunnen de B&B aan iedereen aanraden. Wij hebben er echt van genoten. Gelegen op 15 min stappen van Lazise centrum. Is goed te doen te voet, maar je kan ook de auto vlak bij het centrum (betalend) parkeren.

Un’oasi a poca distanza dal caos.

Struttura a 15 minuti a piedi da Lazise, calcolando la difficoltà di trovare un parcheggio ed i costi, direi impagabile, poi la pulizia è impeccabile, complimenti, tutta la struttura è tenuta benissimo, noi siamo stati solo una notte ma saremo stati volentieri ancora, piscina pulita con Idro massaggio e pulizia top! Abbiamo fatto una bellissima camminata suggerita dal proprietario, andata lungolago verso Bardolino e ritorno via campagna e sbuca proprio all agriturismo, per chi ama camminare, la suggerisco. Colazione BUONISSIMA!! Sia dolce che salata, il salato lo aggiungono a richiesta quindi ancora meglio, perché fresco.. tutto veramente buonissimo. Grazie mille per la disponibilità! 🙏

Nulla! Si è vero è sulla strada, ma a me tutto sommato non ha assolutamente infastidito il rumore delle auto , anche perché c’è molto verde che separa dalla strada.

Tolle Lage, nah zum Zentrum von Larzise und doch ruhig g gelegen. Gepflegte Anlage mit tollem Pool und sehr netten Gastgebern. Gutes Frühstück.

Einzig die Matratze könnte etwas fester sein.

Het was een heerlijk kleine Hasienda, vriendelijk gezin die de accomedatie runt. Halverwege de week werd bed en handdoeken vernieuwd. Iedere dag bed opgemaakt.
