The quality of the finishing. The big beautiful tub. The view although sometimes the street was busy. The location about 10 minutes from 3Culturas plaza and bus in centre. A nice walk. The host was very kind,responsive and helpful.
The small balcony. I now know the difference between a balcony and a terrace 🥴

Staircase, marble with no hand rail not ideal for elderly people. No outside terrace for sitting in the sun, only a tiny balcony in the front bedroom with space for only 1 person to sit. Inside patio which is tiny and quite grubby
