Pleasant

Property is out of the main town, so nice and quiet. Bed was comfortable.. The patio was nice to sit out on, especially of an evening. The owners cat was very friendly and enjoyed a fuss! About a 5 minute walk to the lake where you start to head into the town. Nice and clean. There is a pool but we did not use it.

The directions to find the property were poor and it isn't numbered either. If booking look for hotel Laurin and it's just past there, up an alleyway that leads to the property at the rear of it. The table and chairs needed replacing. And it isn't an apartment but a studio. There is no living area./settee.the photos were accurate but I just expected this was a few of the photos rather than the whole accommodation.

A basic property that lacked 'comfort and facilities expected at the price

Great views of the lake

Lack of any comfortable chairs to sit on and relax, both inside and outside of the property. The property is situated on a steep hill with no way to reach it other than by foot. The car park is located at the bottom of the hill, so groceries, etc., need to be lugged up the hill. Builders work at 07:30 directly above the property.

Facilities poor, no comfort to aid relaxation e.g. poor quality of equipment, only two chairs, and one was broken, no comfortable place to sit, no hanging space, child size cutlery, few power points, no curtains in en-suite, lighting inadequate and some broken, limited cooking facilities and the hob broke, only two cups and two glasses, only one bedside table, parking was some distance from the apartment, and finally many may find the concrete steps and slopes difficult. It kept me much fitter.

Erittäin toimiva ja viihtyisä majoitus sivussa turismiruuhkista

Mukavalla ja rauhallisella paikalla sijaitseva majoitus, josta vain muutaman minuutin kävely ravintoloihin ja kahviloihin. Viihtyisä terassi hyvillä näköaloilla järvelle ja keittiö hyvin varusteltu. Ihanat isot ikkunat, joista valoa tulvi sisään. Francesca oli erittäin vieraanvarainen host, jolta sai hyviä vinkkejä alueelle ja erittäin hyviä ravintolasuosituksia.

Jäimme kaipaamaan ainoastaan isompaa peiliä ja tuhkakuppia terassille, eli hyvin pienet murheet.

Fantastisch verblijf!

Een mooi, compleet appartement met een fenomenaal uitzicht! Dichtbij de mooie, grote boulevard en centrum (10 min lopen). Francesca is een enthousiaste en relaxte gastvrouw 🩷

We wisten dat de auto niet bij het huis geparkeerd kon worden. Voor ons geen probleem geweest. Je moet wel goed ter been zijn ivm de vele stijle trappen.

wunderbare Wohnung mit hohem Erholungswert

unbeschreiblich schöner Ausblick auf den See, sowohl von der Terrasse als auch in der Wohnung durch bodentiefe Fenster Hitzeschutzvorhänge, Klimaanlage, hervorragend ausgestattete Küche, Markise, sehr sehr nette Vermieterin, die gut deutsch spricht und bei allen Fragen gerne Auskunft gibt Man muss wissen, dass man das Auto im Städtchen in einem Parkhaus unterbringen muss, ca 12min zu Fuß, das ist in Salo aber auch bei vielen anderen Ferienwohnungen und Hotels der Fall. Uns hat es nicht gestört. Francesca hat alles organisiert, wir mussten uns um nichts kümmern. Man kann zu Fuß einkaufen, bummeln, über Treppen kann man die Wohnung schnell erreichen. Man ist im Urlaub, hat Zeit, der kurze Rückweg bergauf wird durch den herrlichen Ausblick belohnt!!! In 3min ist man zu Fuß an einem kleinen Strand, der zum Schwimmen völlig ausreicht, das haben wir sehr genossen und oft genutzt. Das Auto haben wir nur genutzt, um z.B. Mailand und Bergamo zu besuchen, ansonsten war es im Parkhaus gut aufgehoben. Bei der An- und Abreise oder wenn man viel eingekauft hat, darf man das Auto auf die Terrasse der Vermieter parken, das ist alles komplett unkompliziert. Auch den Pool konnten wir jederzeit und so lange wir wollten nutzen.

Herzliche Gastgeberin und tolles Apartment

Wir haben eine Woche in der Unterkunft von Francesca verbracht und waren begeistert. Das Apartment ist super ausgestattet, besonders gefallen haben uns die Ausstattung der Küche sowie die Sitzmöbel auf der Terrasse - und natürlich die Klimaanlage. :) Vom Apartment und vom Pool aus (den man sich mit den anderen Gästen sowie Francescas Familie teilt) hat man einen wunderbaren Ausblick über den See. Die Parksituation wurde hier schon viel beschrieben: Das Parkhaus ist ein paar Gehminuten entfernt. Da wir aber das Auto kaum bewegt haben, störte uns dies nicht. Zum Be- und Entladen konnte man vor bzw. auf dem Grundstück der Unterkunft problemlos halten. Francesca ist eine tolle, sehr aufmerksame Gastgeberin! Sie war vor und während des Aufenthalts immer für Fragen erreichbar und hat uns viele Restauranttipps für Salò gegeben. Wir hoffen, dass wir irgendwann einmal hierher zurückkehren können und werden noch lange an diesen Urlaub denken.

Super nette Leute. Tolles Anbiente, toller Pool.

Tolle Lage super Aussicht. Aber sehr mühsam x Mal am Tag diese geschätzte 60 steilen Treppen zu meistern. Da kein Park möglichkeit immer zu Fuss runter und zu Fuss rauf. Ansonsten alles Tip Top.

Keine Parkmöglichkeit. Parking für eine Woche gebucht aber kein reservierter Platz. Suchen und hoffen dass ein Platz noch frei ist.

Tolle Lage, aber auch Einschränkungen die man Wissen sollte( Parken, Treppen steigen,)

die Lage der FEWO ist sehr schön - tolle Aussicht auf den See - der Pool war entgegen der Fewo-Beschreibung trotzdem geöffnet.

trotz Sat Anlage kein dt. Fersehen zu bekommen - auch der Vermieter bekam es nicht hin. Das Parkplatzproblem ist bekannt, aber trotzdem ein leidiges Thema. Auch der Treppenaufstieg zur FEWO ist nur was für Leute die fit sind. die Stühle am Küchentisch sind gewöhnungsbedürftig. Der winzige Spiegel im Badezimmer ist eine Katastrophe.(Rasieren und Pflegen kaum exakt möglich) Badeschrank sollte ausgewechselt werden - Schubladen klemmen ständig) Stange im Kleiderschrank nicht zu erreichen.

sehr schöner Blick auf den See, Ortszentrum fußläufig gut zu erreichen (ca. 10 Minuten) Wohnung gut ausgestattet reservierter Parkplatz in Tiefgarage im Zentrum Poolbenutzung sehr sympathische und immer hilfsbereite Vermieterin mit vielen hilfreichen Tipps für Ausflüge in die Umgebung und für Restaurants
