The beds were comfortable, the pool was nice.
There was lot of stairs to climb without any elevator, our unit was 3 level downstairs against the moutain and it wasn't specified at the time of the booking. There was no guest service available on site or on the phone and there was no intention of resolving a problem by the cleaning person. There was no Wi fi login information left for us and no one to ask. I left 2 messages on the phone and sent 1 email regarding the problem and NO ONE EVER REPLIED TO ME. the morning after for the check out, there was someone onsite to get the payment but didn't care about the wifi problem. Finally I chose the facility because for the option of breakfast but they didn't have it because of corona..... I have traveled to other facility that did it anyway within the rules, but the real problem was it wasn't specified at the time of the booking. Lastly the pictures lead to believe there was a private sitting area at the door of the unit, but it was actually the door of the building, no sitting area, our patio door led to on the walkway and all the other areas were not private.
