Located in the heart of Deer Valley, in the sought-after Silver Lake Village area is this stunning Deer Valley Black Bear 250. This condo offers easy access to skiing in winter and hiking in summer. The community sits mid-mountain, just across the street from the Silver Lake Lodge, giving you some of the best access to the slopes and other resort activities.
The home offers a spacious 1,200 square feet, two master suites, three bathrooms, to easily sleep up to six guests in comfort.
When you enter this condo through the front door, you'll step through the foyer and right into the main living area offering the living room, kitchen and dining areas. This property has a mountain cabin ambiance to give you a true getaway feel.
Living Room: Within the living room, you'll enjoy comfortable leather furnishings (including a queen sofa sleeper), a cozy gas fireplace with a stunning rock front and timber mantle, along with a TV/DVD. Step out onto the deck to take in some mountain air and gorgeous views.
Kitchen: The group's chef will love the large kitchen space that come equipped with all the utensils and equipment needed to prepare the group's favorite meals and snacks. There are stainless appliances and lots of tiled counter space. Enjoy a cup of coffee and a snack at the convenient kitchen bar with seating for three.
Dining Room: Seating for up to six guests, and balcony access.

We will definitely be returning to Black Bear Lodge. Our condo was up to date and very clean and being able to walk to the lift was fantastic. The staff at Black Bear Lodge could not have been any more accommodating and took care of anything we needed from free transportation to recommending places to go.

We love Black Bear Lodge and always try to stay here if we are skiing at Deer Valley. It is very convenient for the slopes, the unit units are clean and well stocked and very comfortable. We hope to be back next year.

Directly across the street they are doing a lot of construction. The construction started daily at 7:30 AM. Saturdays and Sundays were enjoyable because the construction was not going on at the time. Great location within walking distance to Silver Lake Village.
